Included in the appointment is a discussion with Dr. Lister about the euthanasia process and aftercare, gentle sedation, peaceful euthanasia of your beloved pet, and pawprint keepsake.

Pets 0-99 pounds: $325
Pets over 100: $375
*prices subject to increase for: travel over 3o miles, weekends, holidays, and after-hours

Private Cremation
Your pet's ashes will be returned to you. Cremation services are provided by Southern Illinois Pet Crematory Services. All remains are returned in a small white jeweler's box. Special urns can be purchased through the crematory service as well.

Ashes are HAND DELIVERED back to your home, usually within 2-3 weeks.
Communal Cremation
Your pet's ashes will NOT be returned to you, but rather scattered in to the earth, after respectful cremation with other pets. Services are provided by Southern Illinois Pet Crematory Services. .

Quality of Life Exam
This decision is difficult, and you do not have to make it alone. If you are not sure your pet is ready, please schedule an exam with Dr. Lister first.
Quality of Life Exam Pricing
$150
Euthanasia is not included in this quality of life exam price. If deciding on euthanasia, this service can be performed at the same time at the regular euthanasia price.
